Explanation of
terms: Vitam Agere d.o.o.- owner of the website. Guest - User or buyer. Service
Provider: Owner of hotels, vehicles or vessels performing a particular service,
which may be Vitam Agere d.o.o. or a third natural or
legal party.
Terms of business

Terms of payment

allows online payment of service reservation. Payments
can be made online through PayPal or Credit Cards: American Express®,
MasterCard®, Visa, Diners or Discover. www.atlantis-marine.net
may also be a online payment service provider for the service which is provided
by a third party or company.
Currencies
USD, EUR and GBP are listed only as the information. All
transactions will be made in the currency of Croatia which is Kuna.
Vitam Agere d.o.o. (www.atlantis-marine.net)
is in no way responsible for the relationship between the guest and the service
provider.
Vitam
Agere d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel or modify any services paid through
this web site due to possible errors in price calculation since prices are
calculated automatically. In
case of cancellation of the service by Vitam Agere d.o.o., Vitam Agere d.o.o. the
guest is obligated to make the refund of the funds fully paid. The deadline for repayment of
money is 30 days. If Vitam
Agere d.o.o. notice
a program error in the final price of the service, guests will be sent a new
offer that guests have the right to cancel or accept. In
case of refusal of a new offer by the guest, Vitam Agere d.o.o. the
guest is obligated to make the refund of the funds fully paid. The deadline for return is 30 days.
Free
cancellation of the booking already made is possible up to 30 days before
arrival. After
this deadline, the repayment of funds is not possible for any reason.
In
the case of money refund, it will be returned within 30 days.

When
a customer makes a payment on this website, it is considered that he has
accepted the above conditions.
In the
event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Split is competent.
