On beach Saplunara you will find portable toilet, rent a deck chair and cafe. Beach also has parking for around 20 cars.

Saplunara was named after Latin word „sabalum“ which means sand.

Area of Saplunara has been protected by law since 1965. because of its natural beauties. It is one of the last habitats of endangered sandstone mushrooms.

Legend says that Odysseus found shelter in area of Saplunara bay.
